Auto-Cleaning Magnet (Iron Remover) Series

Permanent magnet iron removers are easy to install and convenient to use, but they have the disadvantage that they must be cleaned by human hands. In order to overcome this inconvenience, we have developed a series of fully automatic cleaning type permanent magnet iron remover products that do not use human hands to clean.
■ Structure：
In the case of an auto-cleaning type of the iron remover,a double tube is attached to the bar magnet. During cleaning, the cylinder set pushes the bar magnet unit to
move out of the case, causing the magnetic material adhering to the surface of double tube to fall off. Then we installed the automatic discharger developed by our
company to the bottom of the iron remover. Automatic cleaning can be realized by using automatic control equipment such as PLC to integrate the motion of the iron remover and the discharger.

 
■ Type：

1. Auto-cleaning box typeiron remover:

This is a box-type iron removal machine with an automatic cleaning function.

2. Auto-cleaning rotary magnet:

This is a rotary magnet with an automatic cleaning function.

3. Auto-Cleaning Magnet Strainer:This is a magnet strainer with an automatic cleaning function.
■ Feature：
The auto-cleaning magnet (iron remover) series, which are built by combining a permanent magnet iron remov-er and an automatic discharger developed by our company (patent pending),
and they are the most advanced iron remover in the field of magnetic separa-tion. Continuous automated production is possible, and the maximum personnel cost reduction can be realized.
■ Application:
The application of the auto-cleaning type is the same as the ordinary type. Since a double tube is attached to the bar magnet, the magnetic field strength is about 0.4 Tesla weaker than the
normal one. Since it will be linked with other equipment on the automatic production line, all the types in this series are custom-made.
