Rotary Magnet (Iron Remover)

By rotating the bar magnet unit, the fluidity of the raw material can be improved maximumly. This type of magnet is used for powder raw materials with poor fluidity.
The ring-type bar magnet unit is placed inside a stainless-steel case and rotated by a reduction motor. It is common for this type of magnet to make the case into a square shape, but our products are designed into a circular case. The circular case minimizes the volume of the main body and prevents the accumulation of raw materials inside the case.

■ Type：

1．Standard type：	Uses standard bar magnet, the magnetic field strength is 1.2 Tesla.
2．Easy cleaning type：	A double tube is added to the bar magnet for the convenience of cleaning. When clean-ing, you pull out the double tube, the magnetic materials adhering to the surface can be easily removed. This type of product is easy to clean, but it loses magnetic field strength of about 0.4 Tesla.

It is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical industry and othe fields. It is particularly suitable for raw materials with poor fluidity.
