Bar Magnet Unit

Bar magnet unit is used alone or installed into the perma-nent magnet iron-removal devices.
■ Structure：
The bar magnet unit is made by installing multiple bar magnets into a stainless-steel frame by a certain array. Bar magnet unit can be in various shapes, such as square, round and ring.

■ Type：

1．Lattice type：	Lattice type unit is mainly used in the box magnet. It is sometimes used directly for raw material hopper. It is also possible to improve the fluidity of raw material by using water droplet type barmagnet.
2．Circular type：	It is common to set it in a circular pipe. It prevents the contamination of the large sized magnetic materials.
3．Ring type：	Usually set into the rotary magnet or the magnet strainer.
