Box Type Magnet (Iron Remover)

It is the most widely used permanent magnet separator.It is generally suitable for separate the irons (magnetic materials) from powders and granular raw materials,and is easy to install and use.
■ Structure：
The lattice-shaped bar magnet unit is set into a stainless-steel box like a drawer, and pull out when cleaning. Depending on the customer's needs, we can make single-layer or multi-layer products.

■ Type：

1．Inner rails type:	It is the type that the rails of the bar magnet unit are set inside the box. The structure is simple, easy to use and inexpensive in price.
2．Outer rails type:：	It is the type that the rails of the bar magnet unit are set on the outside of the box. Friction between metals when pulling out the magnet unit is eliminated, the artificial contamina-tion can be prevented.
3．Easy cleaning type:：	A double tube is added to the bar magnet for the convenience of cleaning. When cleaning,you pull out the double tube,the magnetic materials adhering to the surface can be easily removed.This type of product is easy to clean,but it loses magnetic field strength of about 0.4 Tesla.
