The bar magnet is the most widely used permanent magnet iron removal unit, often installed in the permanent magnet separation device (iron-remov-er) and is the core of the permanent magnet removal machine. The perfor-mance of the permanent magnet iron-remover is determined by the quality of the bar magnet. ■ Structure: Bar magnet is made by loading magnets into the stainless tube. In our case,we use the Sus316 stainless tube, and the neodymium magnets or other magnetic materials. The magnets are incorporated into the stainless tube in a diamagnetic field method of N pole vs N pole and S-pole vs S-pole, and on the surface of the bar magnet, the -N-S-N-S-N-or -S-N-S-N-S-alternatin poles are formed. The magnetic field strength of a bar magnet is the magnet-ic field strength of the magnetic pole, and the magnetic field strength between the magnetic poles is very low. Therefore, the iron removing effect of a bar magnet is not limited to the magnetic field strength, but is also directly related to the width (pitch) of the magnetic poles. Under the same magnetic field strength condition, the narrower the magnetic pole pitch, the better the iron-removal effect. | | |
